こんにちは。暖かくなり外で過ごすのが気持ち良くなってきましたね。
今日は、外で過ごすのがお好きなご利用者様の紹介をしたいと思います。
訪問リハビリを始めて1年4ヶ月になるMさんは、
自宅の庭や菜園に毎日出て、草取りをされています。
これは、大事にされている畑の写真です。
毎日こまめに草取りをされているので、
本当に草がない状態でとても綺麗にされています。
草取りは腰に負担もかかり、大変だー、と
言われていますが、
その表情は生き生きとされています。
じっと家にいることが苦手なMさん。
大変ながらもこの畑やお庭を美しく保つことが生きがいにも見えます。
住み慣れたところで、その人がその人らしく、生きていけるよう
少しでもお支えできればと思いこれからも訪問させていただきます。
