遅くなり、去年の事になりますが・・・
コロナ渦でなかなか開催ができなかった
みことの忘年会が4年ぶりに開催されました( *´艸｀)
事務所の近くにある『おごるな』さんで
貸切でおこないました！！
コース料理で、どの料理もとても美味しく幸せでした💛
また、ハズレなしのビンゴ大会も・・・！！
わちゃわちゃした楽しい時間でした♪
終盤辺りで特別賞の授与もありました(^_-)-☆
今回は2名の受賞がありました。
一人目は理学療法士さんでした。
リハビリ職がしばらく1名で、
訪問件数も多く、とても大変な中
真面目にきっちりと業務をこなされ、
何かあると必ず社長へ報告、相談し
頑張ってこられたところを評価されました。
感動して涙を流されるPTさん( ；∀；)
見ている側ももらい泣きしました・・・
二人目は看護師さんでした。
委託業務のリーダーとして、
内容の把握もカンファレンスへの参加も
きっちりこなされ、
パートさんで勤務時間が少ないながらも
書類作業まで責任をもってこなされ、
いつも明るく外部との連携も丁寧に
行われていたところを評価されました。
最後にスタッフ全員でパシャリ📷✨
