2月に入り、まだまだ寒い日が続いています。
引き続き体調に気をつけてお過ごし下さい。
本日は利用者N様に訪問した際の足浴について紹介させて頂きます。
足浴とは足を洗うケア方法で、
足の清潔保持や痺れや痛みの緩和、
リラックス効果など様々な効果があります。
今回、足浴を行う際に自宅にある物を使わせて頂きました。
準備した物品は、足浴用のバケツ
・ボディソープ・タオル・軽石
・掛け湯用の洗面器を使わせて
貰っています。
かけ湯用の洗面器を最初使わせて頂いておりましたが、
現在はペットボトルのキャップに穴を空けた
シャワーボトルに変更させて貰っています。
N様も足浴導入時快く受け入れて下さり、
足浴を行う上で自宅で使える物を一緒に準備させて貰いました。
足浴を行う事で足の清潔を保つ事ができ、とても嬉しく思いました。
自己満足になっていないか不安でしたが、
上司よりN様が足浴してもらい喜んでいると聞き、嬉しかったです。
まだまだ未熟者ですが、利用者様1人ひとりに
合わせたケアができる様精進して参ります。
