暑さが厳しくなってきましたね。
体調崩さずお過ごしでしょうか？
今回は1年半訪問看護をさせてもらって、感じたことや、
意識していることをご紹介したいと思います。
私は看護の現場から7年離れて、訪問看護を経験しました。
不安いっぱいでしたが、皆優しく教えてくださり、
現場でわからないことがあればすぐ社長に相談したりと、
日々勉強をさせてもらってます。
現場では、利用者様とそのご家族様の生活の場に入らせてもらってのケアになるので、
そのお家のルールを守ることを気を付けています。
ケアをしている最中や、終わった後に
「きもちええな〜。」
「来てくれたら元気がでる。」
など、利用者様やご家族から言ってもらえた時、
訪問看護をしていてよかったと
改めて感じます。
元気をもらっているのは私の方だといつも思っています。
まだまだ不慣れなこともありますが、よろしくお願いしますm(__)m
