今回は、みことに入職してもう少しで2年が経過しようとしている看護師が担当します！
内容は訪問看護師だからできることです。
わたしは、訪問看護師として働いてみたいと思った理由の1つとして、
訪問時間内はひとりの利用者さんとじっくりと関わる事ことが
できるところに魅力を感じたからです。
病院ではやり甲斐を感じつつ、様々な業務を同時進行ですすめるため、
ひとりひとりの患者さんと関われる時間がどうしても削られていました。
患者さんの生い立ち、生活背景、病気に対する想いなども知った上で
個別性のある看護をしてみたいな、と思っていたところに縁があり、
みことに入職する事になりました。
入職してからは、利用者さんの体調確認やケアをしながら様々なお話しを伺い、
時には人生の先輩として素敵な助言を頂ける事もあり、
学び多き日々を過ごさせてもらっています。
また、利用者さんにとって
『 安心できて、落ち着ける場所＝大切な家 』
で過ごせるようにサポートできるのも、
訪問看護師と言う業種の魅力の１つだなと実感しています。
まだまだ、訪問看護師として成長途中のわたしです。3年目も頑張ります！
