みことランチ

本日からみことでは、毎日頑張ってくださっているスタッフのために、

お昼ごはんを提供することになりました！！

食品衛生責任者の資格も持つ社長が作ってくれます！！

5月中旬から隣の一室も借り、準備を勧め、

ついに本日から始めることができました♪

記念すべき1回目のメニューは、

・チアシード

・トマトとチーズのカプレーゼ

・きんぴらごぼう

・十五穀米

・ビーフシチュー

・牛乳寒天マンゴーゼリーのせ

でした(*^-^*)

とってもおいしく、大満足でした！

仕事の日にこんな栄養満点の

あたたかいお昼ごはんが食べられるなんて・・・！

ありがたいです！！

いろんなことを話しながら・・・

コミュニケーションの場にもなります。

じゃーーーん！！

いつも簡単に食べれるおにぎりや、

コンビニで買ったものを食べているスタッフを見て、

栄養は大丈夫かな？

あたたかいものを食べさせてあげたいな・・・

という社長の想いがやっと叶ったそうです。

実は訪問看護ステーションを立ち上げる前は、

お弁当屋をしたかった社長。

もともと料理は好きなので、

準備・構想段階からわくわくしていました♪

不定期の開催にはなりますが、

次回もとっても楽しみにしています(#^^#)
